Returns
If the product you received is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received the order. Make sure that you return products unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.
Step 1
If you wish to return one or more products, please send an email to service@maelilly.nl stating the order number and the products in question.
Step 2
Once we have assessed and approved your return request, you can take the products in their original condition and (possibly) packaging to the post office and send them to:

We advise you to always request proof of your return shipment from the relevant post office and to keep the Track & Trace code of your return until it has been processed.
Step 3
Once we have received your return in correct condition, we will refund the amount to you within 5 working days.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs are at your own expense .
CAN I ALSO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, exchanging an item is not possible. If you still want a different product, you can place a new order yourself.
PRODUCT DAMAGED
Despite the fact that we produce our products with much love and attention, packing and shipping, it can happen that a product arrives damaged.
If this is the case, we ask that you let us know within 10 days of receiving your order (by sending photos) so that we can provide a suitable solution.
