Do you have all the products listed on the site in stock?

Yes, the products listed online are all in stock.
If a product is unexpectedly not available, we will produce it as quickly as possible or send it (if it is still available) and send it on.

I would like to order a specific product, but unfortunately it is currently out of stock. When will it be available again?

You can register on the relevant product page so that you will receive an email when the product is back in stock! We naturally try to reorder all items as quickly as possible and have them in stock, but unfortunately this can sometimes take a little longer due to various factors.

I just placed an order, but now I see that you have a discount campaign running. Can this be applied to my order afterwards?

Unfortunately not. Once your order has been placed, we can no longer apply the discount afterwards. So keep a close eye on the site and our socials to see if there is a promotion running at the moment!

I have very long and thick hair, which hair clip do you recommend?

Especially for everyone with long or a lot of thick hair we have a category X(X)L hair clips in many colors and types. There must be something for you here!

I am looking for a hair clip with very close-knit teeth, where can I find this?

What material is your jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel. This material is nickel-free, hypoallergenic and waterproof and therefore does not discolour and lasts a long time!

Where do you get all those nice fabrics?

Oh, this is what they call 'the blacksmith's secret'.... We spend a lot of time scouring the internet and fabric markets for nice and good quality fabrics, so we prefer to keep that to ourselves.

The scrunchie that I recently saw in your collection, I no longer see on the site, will it come back?

Our collection changes regularly, some scrunchies have been in our assortment since the very beginning and some seasonal items disappear at some point. You can always email us about a specific scrunchie you miss, so we can possibly bring it back!

I have a (hair) salon or shop, can I also purchase all the nice products from you for business purposes?

Yes, that is possible! You can create an account here , if you let us know that you have done this, we can mark you as a B2B customer in our system so that you can buy our products with a discount!

As a company I would like to include a hair clip as a gift with a PR package, can I purchase a (large) quantity from you?

Sure! Send us an email or DM about the possibilities and the price!

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my order?

If the product(s) you received are not entirely to your liking, you can return them within 14 days from the day you received your order. Make sure that you return products unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

Unfortunately, exchanging an item is not possible. If you still want a different product, you can place a new order yourself.

How can I return (part of) my order?

If you wish to return one or more products, please send an email to service@maelilly.nl stating the order number, the products in question and, if applicable, the reason for return.

How quickly will my return be processed and will I receive a refund?

Once the return shipment has arrived at our premises, it will be processed almost immediately. You will receive the amount back to your account within a few (usually 1-2 working days).
